Slope Classification

This document classifies slopes into five categories based on their degree of inclination: very gentle slopes (0-5%), gentle slopes (5-15%), moderate slopes (15-30%), steep slopes (30-50%), and very steep slopes (>50%). The classification is based on analyzing slope patterns in a coal mining area in West Bengal, India using GIS and remote sensing techniques to understand land use/land cover changes and groundwater potential zoning.
