Job Title: PHY Developer

Department: R&D

Based: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Role involves
 Development/integration/optimization of 3gpp 4g/5g phy modules, and  systems
 Maintenance, and support various 4G small cell products.
 Analyse, and solve the field issues

Qualifications and Experience

B.E / M.E / M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Electronic Engineering.

Required Experience:
 More than 5 years of experience in PHY development.
 A team player.
 Good communication skills.
 Knowledge and experience in developing L1 signal chain – algorithms, and controller
blocks
 Knowledge and experience in handling/ analysing  System issues, MAC phy integration,
FAPI , RF interface issues, analysing L1 protocol blocks
 An understanding of wireless system architecture and products.
 Familiarity with standard testing equipment (Sanjole, traffic generators, VSA, Signal
generator, Wireshark etc..).
 Quick in learning and willing to take up challenges.

Preferred Specification:

Familiarity with:

 Wireless equipment and networks.

 5G-NR or LTE PHY layer
 MAC-PHY interface
 Good understanding of PHY algorithms, FFT, filters, and measurements
 Good understanding of DSP architecture, Realtime software development, and issues in
multithreading
 Programming languages: C, C++, Matlab
 SW configuration management tools (GIT).
 Linux Environment.
