Have you ever been driving or walking and have seen this:
This is an address sign from Address America.
The marketing behind it is actually quite genius.

The way it works is that you print up flyers, go into a neighborhood, tape
the flyers to the door, and then come back the next day to see which flyers
are still up.
If the flyers are up, that lets you know which houses would like the sign
made for them.
You simply make the sign, put it on the lawn, and then come back the next
day and collect payment where the resident has left it for you. This is done
without any cold hard selling and you don’t even engage with the resident
to collect payment.

It’s not uncommon to make $200-$300 in a day walking a neighborhood

and putting up flyers.
I knew of someone (to keep his identity safe, we’ll refer to him as Jim) that
saw this opportunity and adopted it to another gap they saw in the
