Dear Mr. Albugamy,

It has come to my attention that Happy Lifecare Medical Center, is in breach of contract with me as
an employee by not complying with my contract agreement. I have served the company for almost 2
years with dedication. However, I have been compelled to put forth my resignation due to an
unfavorable work environment. The general attitude of everyone working in the office is hostile
towards each other. I have addressed my concerns with the management and since no action has been taken
to resolve the problem. I find it necessary to resign immediately.

I am nevertheless, grateful for the opportunity you have provided me during my tenure with the
department. I hope that you will sort out this matter for current employees and also those that are
going to join you in the future.
