This is Mr. Fernando Santibaniez, who ordered from your online shop 10 Neutral Colored
Shirts, 25 Vibrant Color and 15 Pastel Colored Shirts last month April 8, 2020 with the OR number
of 00099090927353AE.

The receiver of our company was shocked after receiving the items ordered. There were
only 40 shirts and are of the same color. We ordered different kinds of shirts and in addition, the
company have already made advanced payment of 50% of the total payment and is agreed that it
should be delivered at May 8, 2020.

We are hoping for immediate response and your explanation for all of these matters and
