Terms and Conditions

1. This "Offer" is provided to you by Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Bank") and Amazon Pay (India) Private
Limited (formerly known as Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited) ("Amazon") and made
available on the website www.amazon.in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof
(collectively, "Amazon.in").

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use &
Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and Terms & Conditions of Cards of
KOTAK Bank. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms,
these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

3. All residents of India holding a valid credit and Debit card issued by the Bank (each a "Card") are eligible
to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").

4. The offer is valid from 00:00 Hrs, October 26th, 2021 to 23:59 Hrs, November 2nd, 2021.

5. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Duration, makes any purchase of an eligible
product from Amazon.in and makes the payment using the Card, will be entitled to receive 10% Discount
as per the below table, provided the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent
to or exceeds INR 2,500 for Grocery and INR 5,000 for other categories on a per transaction basis.

6. The minimum Transaction for each of the specified category needs to be met for the customer to be
eligible for the respective discount.

7. Bonus offer 1 and Bonus offer 2 are applicable only once respectively during the sale from 00:00 hrs
26th October 2021 to 23:59 hrs, 2nd November, 2021 on Credit Cards and Credit EMI.

8. The Maximum discount is Rs. 10,000 for Credit/Credit EMI and Rs.3,000 for Debit/Debit EMI
transactions.

9. The purchase of the product(s) will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange
(wherever available), applicable to the sale of the product(s) on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be
applicable on purchase of product(s) by the Cardholders under an exchange offer.

10. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase
of the following products:

 Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non-Amazon branded)

 All types of Prepaid Recharges (Mobile, DTH, Google Play, Subscriptions, Cable TV, Metro and any
other type of prepaid recharge
 All types of Bill Payments
 Digital Gold purchases and sales
 Kindle e-books and Kindle Unlimited Subscription Program
 Select Mobile, TV and Electronic products (see product page for offer eligibility)
 Amazon Pay balance loading
 Amazon Prime subscription
 Infant Nutrition and feeding products
 Gold and Silver Coins
 All types of insurance, travel and entertainment booking (Insurance, Flight, Bus, Trains and Movies)
 Amazon Food orders
 Installation Orders (Amazon and Brand)

Some products may be eligible for the Instant Discount offer but may be excluded from the Bonus offer.

11. The Instant Discount would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the 'Card on
Delivery' payment option.

12. The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and
Exchange offers. The offer is not valid on Down-Payment EMI option.

13. In the event the order is returned or cancelled by the Cardholder, seller or Amazon Seller Services
Private Limited, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value
falls below INR 2,500 or 5000/- (for corresponding) categories), the order will not qualify for this Offer
and the participation of the Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn.

14. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund
amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.

15. Bank and Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without
assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to
replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

16. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or the Bank to conduct further, similar
or other offers.

17. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the
terms and conditions of the card member agreement (if any executed by the Bank). The terms of the
above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member
agreement.

18. Delinquent and over-limit Bank's Card members will not qualify for this Offer.

19. This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial cards issued by Bank.

20. This Offer cannot be availed on: (i) purchase of the ineligible / excluded products mentioned above; or
(ii) purchase by Cardholder using any card other than the Card (mentioned above).

21. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will
not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or
indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use or
delivery or misuse of any product purchased on Amazon.in.

22. Participation in this Offer is voluntary. .

23. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms
and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank and terms and conditions of the Merchant in
relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer
and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of Amazon.

24. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent
activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

25. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall
be binding on all persons.

26. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating
hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
