DIFF DELTA FINISH (Wear resistance Plate)

Characteristics:
This wear resistance plate contains high C-Cr alloyed weld metal which gives excellent
resistance to abrasion, Erosion and moderate impact. It can be used whenever Erosion,
abrasion and moderate impact is expected.
Applications:
Suitable for Anti wear and Anti sticking application where wear resistivity and non sticky
properties are required like: Lime stone Chutes, Clinker Chutes, Gypsum hopper, Wagon
tippler hoppers etc.
Hardness:
56 - 58 HRC ( On 4mm weld deposit)
58 -60 HRC ( On 8mm weld deposit)

Major Alloying Element:

C Si Mn Cr
Typical Microstructure :

Remark : Microstructure shows Primary Chromium Carbides and Secondary Carbides

in the matrix of Martensite and Austenite.
