    IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

    It has come to our notice that some media channels out of their own sources
    have flashed that Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL) has been referred to NCLT.

    This has come to us as a surprise. It has come to our notice that some persons
    in media are misrepresenting, twisting to marginalize our company which is
    very unfortunate as interest of over 5 lakh shareholders are at stake.

    Jaypee Infratech Ltd (JIL) and JAL are separate Corporate entities and we can
    unequivocally confirm that IDBI Bank Ltd. referred JIL to NCLT on 9th August,
    2017 and CIRP process are underway.
