NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE PRESENTATION OF IPCRF AND RPMS
OF GRADE ONE TEACHERS
S.Y. 2020 – 2021
Burgos Elementary School conducted a virtual meeting via Google meet
application on the “Presentation of IPCRF and RPMS of Grade One Teachers” and it
has been successful through the effort of Ma’am Myra V. Balagtas as the rater, Ma’am
Daisy Rubie Zamora as the master of the ceremony and Ma’am Christine Joy Mariano as
a technical support.
The presentation was scheduled on August 23, 2021 at 10:00 am but due to some
technical problem encountered it started at 10:30 am. The presentation was formally
started with an opening prayer lead by Ma’am Susana Soto and followed by the national
anthem lead by Ma’am Marecris Barrameda. After that, Sir Ruel A. Vergel De Dios, the
school principal gave an opening remarks followed by the statement of purpose given by
Ma’am Myra V. Balagtas.
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on SY 2020-2021 change in the demand
for teaching and learning, shift to distance learning delivery modalities, development of
learning resources for distance learning and need to upskill and retool teachers on the
new learning delivery. As the learning delivery changes, so do the duties of teachers to
their learners and the performance expected of them. The expectations of teachers must
be captured in their performance assessment through a more contextualized Results-
based Performance Management System (RPMS).
The presentation started with Ma’am Kriselle Bañez as the first presenter of her
RPMS Portfolio with the MOVs attached on it, followed by Ma’am Gladies Madrid.
After the presentation of RPMS, Ma’am Christine Joy Mariano presented her IPCRF,
followed by Ma’am Marecris Barrameda and the other grade one teachers.
After the presentation, Ma’am Myra V. Balagtas clarified the grades and scores
given for the transparency of the performance of every teachers. At the end of her
message, she encouraged us to continue aim for professional growth.
Ma’am Edrilyn Domingo closes the program with message of appreciation to the
presenters and to Ma’am Myra V. Balagtas as the evaluator of the performance of Grade
One Teachers.
