REFLECTION
While organizing based on my understanding on the concept is the base for all
company’s objectives and goals. That organising refers to the formal grouping of
people and activities to facilitate achievement of the firm's objectives. the types of
organisation structure, degree of centralisation, levels of management, span of
control, delegation of authority, unity of command, line and staff relationship, and
staffing are the important concepts of organising. while controlling provide a means
of checking the progress of the plans and correcting any deviations that may occur
along the way. I also realized that control is meaningful only when there is clear cut
responsibility for activities and results. It is meaningless to have a control process
which simply points out deviations but cannot pinpoint the area in which they
occurred and who is responsible for taking the corrective measures.
To sum all of my learning, I able to know that the qualities of a effective manager
are that they expected to foster a fun work environment, ensure productivity, inspire
employees, and delegate tasks. Leadership is about more than giving out orders or
managing a group of individuals. The qualities of a good manager and leader reflect
the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence. This means a good leader is also a
good role model. Their actions speak louder than words, and they understand the
importance and lasting impact of supporting employees in all areas of the
organization, from the very bottom to the top.
I realized that it is important to understand the management process because it
really helps the group in achieving goals as it arranges the factors of production,
assembles and organizes the resources, integrates the resources in effective manner
to achieve goals. It directs group efforts towards achievement of pre-determined
goals.
