20mm 2) Fold over a piece of chamois leather, then 20mm
mark around the piece of leather (already cut
1 out), lining up the straight edge with the fold.

3) Stitch the two halves of the chamois leather

together, approximately 5mm outside the line
1) Cut out a piece of leather or similar, of the leather, leaving 20mm gaps next to the
approximately 1mm thick. fold.

4) Cut off excess chamois leather outside of the

stitching and turn the pouch inside out.

6) Stitch 20mm gaps to close pouch while fixing
elastic straps that will hang around the chin
