To sell a dining and resting experience which encourages repeat
business plus giving a blend of cultures which will leave all competitors
behind in a blink of an eye, creating a name for itself.

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH
Giving people the menu plus resting luxury which no else is offering at
the moment.

WEAKNESS:
Finding honest and hard-working staff which will grind themselves for
the patron.

OPPORTUNITIES:
Giving people a different dining experience where they can enjoy multi-
standard meals.

THREATS:
Starting the hotel at a location where their competitors are sitting and a
chain of restaurants already exists.

ARCHITECTURE
INTERIOR
The interior we are imposing consists of walls engraved of pop art and
walls engraved of postmodernism. Showing a late 20th-century style
which represents a departure from modernism. Furniture designs are
like roman and Greek furniture showing as it made of wood and stones.
The styles are generally light and elegant in upper-class furniture.
MENU
“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if has not
dined well.”
Our menu will include meals which most of the restaurants do not
offer. These meals also include some nostalgic recipes. These recipes
are mostly those which were on trend in 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
