Over the years, Vietnam has achieved outstanding achievements in all fields, especially

the fast-growing economy, the material and spiritual life has been continuously improved.
However, the process of socio-economic development has revealed many shortcomings and
created tremendous pressure on the country's environment, ecosystems, and biodiversity.
Environmental pollution continues to be complicated, with many hot spots, and the quality of the
environment in many places has declined sharply. Therefore, to reduce environmental pollution,
the government has agreed to pass the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 to synchronize
ecological management tools in each project phase. In addition to the general regulations, the
government requires localities to know the environmental zoning to make a specific assessment
to develop an environmental protection plan in production and business activities.
In addition, the government is increasingly promoting the diversification of investment
capital sources for environmental protection; arrange independent expenditures for
environmental protection in the budget with the rate increasing gradually according to the
general growth. Funds for ecological protection are managed uniformly and prioritized for
critical areas in ecological protection.
The process of developing science and technology to apply the most advanced and
environmentally friendly technologies is becoming more and more popular. Specifically, many
projects and works involving science and technology to protect the environment in Hanoi have
been implemented. The project "Research on bacteria and mould treatment in the air
environment with ozone applied at medical facilities in Hanoi city"; especially the invention of
super-absorbent polymer beads AMS-1.
Like large corporations in Vietnam, Vinfast also pays great attention to the waste
treatment process to ensure that all waste is treated according to regulations and not pollute the
environment. During the scientific seminar on the Environmental Impact of Urban Traffic in
Hanoi, Mr Yann Maublanc - Head of Quality Management Department of Vinfast cited many
research results in Switzerland on air pollution. Specifically, in the period 2005-2015 in the city
of Zurich, NOX emissions (nitrogen oxide group emissions) decreased by 37%, emissions from
traffic alone was 32%. These positive results are not due to reduced traffic on the road because it
is an impossible task. Instead, it is from increasing the number of vehicles using new engines,
mainly electric cars.
It is keeping up with the trend of switching from gasoline engine cars to electric vehicles
of many countries worldwide to strengthen environmental protection measures. Over the years,
VinFast has been at the forefront of efforts to research, apply and put into use electric vehicles to
help green the environment, contributing to creating sustainable and long-term benefits for the
environment and society. Each of its electric motor products meets high safety standards, with
various designs, models and price segments. VinFast also cooperates with many big brands in the
world in stages such as design, spare parts, ... to create perfect products, and at the same time,
suitable for Vietnamese tastes and Vietnam's street terrain.
VinFast increasingly applies new and advanced technologies to bring more exciting and
convenient car driving experiences to customers during its research and development process.
Many technologies on VinFast cars are said to be superior to traditional gasoline engine cars,
even other electric cars. Specifically, typically applied technologies include:
 High-performance Lithium-ion batteries are used for VinFast electric cars and motorbikes
by LG Chem - one of the world's leading manufacturers of lithium-ion batteries.
 ABS technology - super safe anti-lock braking system equipped both on electric cars and
high-class electric motorbikes VinFast.
