TRIPLE JUMP

Materials: Open area, tape measure.

Instructions:
1. Wear your jogging pants or cotton shorts for the activity to avoid injury.
2. Perform the triple jump following the proper technique learned from the lesson.
3. Measure the distance from the take-off line to your heel.
4. Record your scores in the template.
5. Record notes on what you noticed and things you learned while doing the activity.
6. Take video of yourself doing the activity.
