Technology is now an essential part of most people's lives.

In
my opinion, the use of technological devices has both
advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, technological devices such as computers and
smartphones provide numerous advantages to people. First, they
are helpful in the study and work. For instance, students can use
the Online to seek a wealth of information that will help them
finish their schoolwork fast and smoothly. Moreover, using
technological devices to rest is a decent and inexpensive way to
unwind. Many people watch movies and listen to music at home
while communicating with friends who live far away via text
messages or video calls on their cell phones. As a result,
technological devices improve people's lives in a variety of
ways.
On the other hand, improper use of technological devices has
dire effects. The first issue is that excessive computer or cell
phone use is harmful to people's health. It can harm their eyes,
cause back pain, or cause them to sleep less. Another concern is
that high reliance on technological devices may impair social
skills. Many people spend their days at home, stuck to their
phones, yet never make new friends in real life. They become
isolated and unproductive. Their social life suffers as a result.
To summarize, using technological devices has both merits and
drawbacks. I don't think it's entirely positive or negative. The
problem is that people need to use these devices wisely.
