Role& 1. Prepare daily Activity report
Responsibilities 2. Prepared SOP for Business Process
3. Checking the Inventory costing transaction daily.
4. Handling day to day global Technical / functional ERP issues reported by
end users (INV, PO, AP, WIP) – Procure to Pay & Plan to Produce.
5. Responsible for the day to day support of the Oracle solution being
introduced into the organisations. The role involves working closely with
members of the business, technical teams.
6. Resolve and record issues and incidents, raise and manage requests
/incidents. Functional expertise to ensure the optimum design, build,
delivery and maintenance of the Oracle eBusiness suite application where
necessary.
7. Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for
possible solutions, work with IT project teams to drive decision making
and define requirements for application development, ensuring that
business needs are being met
8. Service Request Creation and monitoring
9. Testing implication of new patch application
10. Monitoring alerts
i. Receiving Transaction Processor in Error
ii. Difference in Collector and Area Name (Alert)
iii. AWL ERROR IN COSTING
iv. Sales Order on Hold
v. Duplicate ERS Invoice Alert
11. Run Generic data fix for BOE application issue, Duplicate ERS Invoices,
Taxes not flow in ERS invoices etc…
12. Development, Customization and Maintenance of the Reports & Forms–
(Sales Reports, Reporting of all modules)
13. Personalization / development of Forms as per the user requirement
14. System Administrator and Application Developer Responsibility (Report
Registration, Form Registration, Value Sets, lookups and profile options
etc)
15. Run API for PO / PR / Sales order close.
16. Registrations of Custom Tables.
17. Responsible for the technical and user documentation of the
customizations.
18. Responsible for developing MD 70 documents.
 19. Extracting the data using sql script for auditing purposes.
20. Technical TAR resolution and management, including follow up
with Oracle.
21. Interacted with users and oracle support to resolve any issues during the
production, development and enhancement phases.
22. Developed SQL*Loader control files for loading data from data files to
Staging tables.
23. Transferring the data from interface table to base table using Oracle
standard import program.
24. User creation setups, Creation of Responsibilities.
25. Menu and functions creations, Profile Option Settings.
26. C, C++, PL/SQL, Perl, XML, NET, HTML, DHTML
