Chapter 1

Two desperate souls

One cold evening in october of 1815, a man with long beard and dirty clothes
walked into Frensh town of digne.
He needed meal and a place to sleep, but he couldn’t find a place.
And he was desesperate for a place to rest, he lay down on a stone bench and
tried to sleep.
But a woman asked how can you sleep outside on that stone bench? And he said
“I have been sleeping on a woden one in a prison for nineteen years, what’s the
diference?”
But the woman pointed the small house next to the church and she said “you could
stay there”.
A bishop helped any who was in need.
The man’s name was Jean Valjean and he said I’ve just been released from prison
after nineteen years, I have been walking for four days and I desesperately need a
place to rest.
The bishop told his servant to set another place at the table for Jean.
Valjean ate and slept, after that he woke up only few hour later, he broded about
his past.
He wanted to kill the bishop to rob him but he couldn’t.
So he stufed the valuable silver knives and forks into his bag and scaped.
Later that morning four policeman and valjean came back to the bishop.
The bishop smile to valjean and said, “Dear friend you forgot to take these silver
candlestik, they will bring you least zoo francs.”
the bishop told the police to release him.
the bishop told Valjean to take things away, but to be a good man.
In the year 1818 in as mall village named Montfermil near Paris, two small girls
were playinh on swing, their mother was a plan looking woman with red hair.
Suddenly a young woman aproached her said Madam, your girls are very pretty,
the name of woman is Fantier.
Fantier ask the woman, “can you take care of my daughter for me?
The next day fantier said good bye to her daughter.
The people who took care of the girl greated her very badly and invented things so
that Fantier would send more money.

Chapter 2
The guardian
On a cold winter ninght, a poor looking woman with no teeth was arrested for
attaking a man street, but suddenly a voice said, wait just a moment, “ I saw what
happend in the street”. He was mayor.
He said to the woman, “I’m going to help you, i’m going to pay your debts and get
your daughter back you”.
One morning mayor preparing to travel to the thernandier town himself and pick up
cossete up, but the inspector Javert come into his office and said, “I want apologize
for being suspicious of you what are”.
He thought it was Jean Valjean, but now in another town have caugh the real Jean
and tomorrow go to the prison for life.
Mayor canceled his trip and he couldn’t let the man champatiew spend the rest of
his life in prison for his crimes.
Just when the judge was about to convict champmathiew of being Jean, Mayor
said “this man is not Jean, I am”. No one believed him first but he fold them
information that only Jean could have know.
The next day the mayor visited Fantier and she asked about his daughter, he told
her that three day she would take her.
Then the inspector told her that the mayor was a criminal and that he would go to
jail and the woman died of sadness.
8 Years later thernandier sent cossete for a bucket of water and bread, and old
man found her on the road and helped herand cossete took him home, the old man
told thernandier that the girl was neghtectrd and that he could take better care of
her, thernandier said we love her very much, if you give us enough frans you will
take her away. The old man was Jean Valjean he took a cossete to the outskirts of
Paris.
Chapter 3
The parisians
A night after the batle of waterloo in june 1815, thernandier dedicated himself to
stealing their belongings from the bodies of dead soldier on the battlefield, one of
the soldiers was still alive and he asked the name of the thief and he replied,
thernandier.
Marius’s grandfather hated marius’s father and made him believe that he was a
bad father, but after 17 years Marius realized the whole truth and his father had
been a brave soldier and had already died.
Marius was a handsome young man, but he was very chy, sometimes on his walks
Marious noticed an elderly man and a young girl, who always sat on the same
bench in the Luxembour gardens.
For some reason Marious stopped going to the Luxembourg gardens, when return
they were in the same place, the only difference was that the thin girl of a year
earlier had become a beautifull young woman.
When te old man and girl stopped visiting the gardens, marious became depressed
so he tried to find out where they lived, finally he learned they lived in a small
house at the end of a street named Rue.
The young man followed them and when he saw the young woman his heart began
to beat faster than he was in love on the eight night the lights were off and he
asked the neighbors and they told him that they has moved.
The next morning there was a knock on marius door, when opened it, she was his
next door neighbors daughter she give him a letter from her father, he realized
Jondrette’s business was writting dishonest letters thent asked for money from
people who he thought were wealthier than him.
Chapter 4
The lovers and revolution.
Marius didn’t want to give evidence against thernandier out of respect for his
father’s wish, then Thernandier’s daughter give Marius the address to look for
cossete and he went to the house and left him some poems, Cossete imagined it
was the boy she saw every day in the park.
Then they met, they kissed and Marius was deeply in love, as was cossete, days
later, cossete told marius that Valjean wanted them to move home gain, the next
day, the boy went to the see his grandfather to ask him for the blessing to marry
but the old man refused since the boy had not money, job and has nothing.
When the boy returned to see cossete and she and his father had left.
Paris was going trought a revolution thernandier’s daughter disguised herselt as a
boy and they were going to kill Marius, but that she girl went to defend him and told
marius that she was in love with him and gave the new address of cossete so that
he will look for her.
Then marius wrote letter to cossete and sent it who reseived that letter was Valjean
and his heart was filled with hatred because he thought that they were going to
take away the only pearson he had but he decided to go for marius to defend him
and not allow him to die, as it was the happines of his little Cossete.
Chapter 5
Redention
Marius was fighting against the guards with the other but he was shot and
unconsciusly felt someone grab him and he passed out.
Valjean had been the one who fled with the body and took it to his grandfather’s
house, his grandfather was happy when he realized that his grandfather was still
alive and when Marius recovered he aproved the marriage and that’s how it was,
Cossete and marius got married but valjean felt bad about his past and told marius
about it and he didn’t want valjean to continue visiting cossete consecutively.
The investigator Javert commited suicide since he didn’t undertand how he
persecuted a goog and kind man for years.
Thenardier came to visit marius and told him that his wife’s father was a murdered
and he saw how on the dat of the revolution he took a deadbody to hide it and
showed him part of the body’s jacket.
Marius knew that one who saved his life had beech Valjean and he went to where
cossete when to go to jean’s house and apologize for having taken his past wrong
but valjean was very sick and dying.
His last words were towards Cossete about her mother, he told Cossete that her
mother was Fantier and that she had been a fighter woman and had suffered a lot
but now he saw her suffering rewarded in happiness and that love was the most
important thing and died in peace
