The internal factors that I considered in my SWOT analysis is the
strength because something that we can do very well today that
could help us gain fast traction with skills, resources and
knowledge already in place and the other one is the weakness
because it is an areas that are holding us back that should be
removed or improved upon with the right energy and effort.
Which among the attributes that you indicated in the SWOT
analysis are considered external factors? Why?
The external factors in my SWOT analysis that I considered is
opportunities because these could include technology, relaxing
regulations, elimination of barriers, changing preferences and also the
threats because it is the area which we do not have any control and the
risk of affecting the said threats.

factors that contribute to failures?
Being failure doesn’t mean that you’re already done or finished it
