  JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Responsibilities
• Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
• Provide area specific forecasts and report projects status.
• Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison between estimating team and VP.
• Revise estimates and implement required changes.
• Maintain client relations by being lead contact of proposal for client.
• Monitor and ensure bid format meet clients standards.
• Evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.
• Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
• Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to receive input on pricing on labor, materials and other costs.
• Participate pre and post bid meetings as required. .
• Perform as liaison for Project Management when tender is awarded and becomes job.
• Market company’s services to existing and potential clients.
 
Requirement
• 32­40years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Candidate must have highly developed communications skills and interpersonal skill,
persuasive, hard worker, assertive and energetic, great problem solving and decision making
and technical process
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong renewable energy background
• Experienced in process and mechanical engineer
• Willing to work in South Jakarta (Kuningan area)
