CIRCULAR

As you are well aware that there is surge in Covid-19 positive cases in

lndia and it is necessary to follow the precautionary measures like SMS

i.e. S - Sanitization, M- Wear Mask, S - Maintain Social distancing to

reduce the chances of getting affected with the virus.

ln view of the above, Management has declared Mr. Gourishankar

Panigrahi, Dy. Mgr. (Safety) as Covid Manager of our plant. He will be

responsible for disseminating all informations related to Covid positive

cases to Management if detected inside our plant and take appropriate
measures as advised. All are requested to Co-operate and provide
required information (related to Covid) to him of our plant.
