rookie’s rite of passage due to its relative ease. Covered in sparkling snow during winters, this trek offers breathtaking view
of the majestic Himalayan peaks. It also offers trekkers a unique opportunity to experience the life in the remotest of
villages in dead winter! Kedarkantha trek gives you the unsurpassed beauty, magnificent views of charming villages,
meadows, snow paths, dramatic landscape dotted with lovely lakes, mountains, tranquil rivers and the great Himalayan
peaks. The Kedarkantha trek also provides a great opportunity to view the scenic beauty and feel the experience of the life
of remote villages of Uttarakhand Himalayas.

DAY 01: DEHRADUN – SANKRI (DRIVE: 220Km / 10 Hrs)

DAY 02: SANKRI –JUDA-KA-TALAB (Trek: 04 Km / 05 Hrs)

DAY 03: JUDA-KA-TALAB – KEDARKANTHA BASE CAMP (TREK: 04 Km / 05 Hrs)

DAY 04: BASE CAMP – KEDARKANTHA PEAK- JUDA-KA-TALAB (TREK: 10 Km / 10 Hr)

DAY 05: JUDA-KA-TALAB – SANKRI -DEHRADUN (TREK: 03 Km / 02 Hr | DRIVE: 220 Km / 10 Hr)

DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 01: Arrival Dehradun to Sankri (220 KM DRIVE / 10 HR)

 Pick up from Dehradun Bus Stop/ Railway Station.

 6 am drive to Sankri. Altitude: 6.400 feet
 Duration: 10 hours
 Distance: 220 km
 Lunch: on the way (not included)
 Transfer: Sumo/Tempo Traveller
 Mobile Network: BSNL
 Trekkers will be picked from Dehradun at 6:30am in a Tata Sumo or a similar vehicle Expected

DAY 02: Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (04 KM Trek / 05 HR)

 Trek to the Juda Ka Talab (Altitude: 6.400 feet to 9,100 feet)

 Duration: 05 hours
 Distance: 04 km
 Overnight: Juda Ka Talab
 Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
 Stay: Camp
 The trail passes through dense pine forests, maple trees, few streams and finally opens out to
beautiful meadows Stay In tents

DAY 03: Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base (04 KM Trek / 05 HR)

 Trek to Juda ka Talab to Base Camp(Altitude: 9,100 feet to 11.250 feet)

 Duration: 05 hours
 Distance: 04 km
 Overnight: Base Camp Kedarkantha
 Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
 Stay: Dome Camps
 Most of today's trail on a ridge, under oak trees You will also pass through some meadows where
you can spot shepherd log huts

DAY 04: Base Camps to Kedarkantha peak - Juda Ka Talab (10 KM TREK / 07 Hrs)

 Trek to Base Camp to Kedarkantha Peak (Altitude: 11,250 feet to 12.500 feet to 8.900 feet)
 Duration: 07hours
 Distance: 06 km
 Overnight: Hargaon/Juda ka Talab
 Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
 Stay: Dome Camps
 Spend some time at the summit and descend back to the base camp by noon for lunch Post
lunch, descend down to Hargaon val to juda ka taal Reach Juda ka taal by evening Stay in
tents.

DAY 05: Juda Ka Talab to Sankri- Dehradun (10 KM TREK / 220 KM DRIVE / 10 Hrs)

 Trek to Base Camp to Kedarkantha Peak (Altitude: 8,900 feet to 6,400 feet)
 Duration: 03 hours
 Distance: 02 km
 Meal Plan: Breakfast
 Drop: Dehradun
 You will be dropped at Dehradun station in a Tata Sumo or a similar vehicle

- Balance Payment will be paid by Cash at the Time of Pickup at Dehradun.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prior to 01 Month: No Charge

Between 30 Days to 21 Days: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged

Between 20-14 Days: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged

15 & below 15 Days: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
