Base camp: - Sankri Market - Our Property -Hotel Swargarohini and The Grand Shiva Home Stay
Group Size: – We will have a minimum group size of 5 people and maximum 35 people, if
someone has to be private for their group, then you will be given a full date.
Group age - My personal belief is that people can do this trek from a minimum of 8 years to 55
years.
• And you can do this trek in the year; these are the plan for both summer and winter,
• For Winter Trek, I think it is necessary for people from 10 years to 55 years
•This trek will be a relief and joy for the first time visitors. This trek will increase new energy
and confidence in you
Short Itinerary Kedarkantha Trek
Day 1- Pickup to you from Dehradun railway station 07:00 am – Drive to Sankri Market – 190
Km (7/8 Hours (1920 Meters) overnight stay our swargarohini hotel Sankri & The Grand Shiva
Home Stay
Day 2 – After breakfast Trek from Sankri to Juda ka talab (05 km) (4/5 Hours) (2700 m)
overnight stay Camp
Day 3- Trek from Juda ka Talab to Kedarkantha base camp (03 km) (2/3 Hours) overnight stay
Camp
Day 4- Early morning Trek from Kedarkantha base camp to Kedarkantha summit (12500 feet)
(3800 Meters back to Hargaon camp site – 9 km) (5/6 Hours) (2600 Meters)
Day 5 – Trek from Hargaon camp to Sankri base camp ¾ hours same day Drive to Dehradun by
(190 km)(7/8 Hours) our service end here
TREK FEE PER PERSON-
On the first day en route to base camp the breakfast and lunch are not included
If you don't pick up your trekking bag yourself then if you need porters for that then its
cost Per Bag Per Day. 300.00 pay directly in the base camp
Note - We serve three meals a day including snacks and soup. A variety of
delectable and healthy food is provided which includes; Indian, Chinese and
other Western meals. They are nutritious and keep you fit and healthy on the
trek. (Veg food or Egg or Jain Food with fruits )
Cancellation Policy:-
- It is good to make your booking two months prior in advance. In the event of cancellation
of any trek/adventure activity due to any reasons, it is compulsory to notify us in writing.
Cancellation charges will only be effective from the date we receive your request in writing.
- If the trek is cancelled by us due to any reason (heavy snowfall, rainfall, natural disaster
etc.) then the refund would not be initiated but you can go on the same trek another year.
· Sturdy hiking boots: preferably all leather upper as it provides better ankle support. If
you do not own a pair yet, it is advisable that you buy one as soon as possible & wear it often
so that they are well broken. This will help prevent blisters.
· Nylon socks: 2- Pairs, of the type you wear daily to be worm under the wool socks to
prevent blisters.
· Water bottle: 2 Bottles of 1 Liter capacity (Pepsi bottles work well) please insure that
they do not leak.
· Head lamp / flashlight: Preferably a headlamp as it leaves your hands free to work
please bring extra batteries.
· Toilet articles: Tooth brush, tooth paste, etc+ And personal medical kit small one
