There are two comparison of customer service’s satisfication between 2005 and 2010 years. From
100 guests, there are 28% of people who feel excellent in customer service. It is more increase
significantly than 2005 years that only 5%. On the other hand, the number of dissatisfication has
been decreased significantly. There are only 4% of guests who feel very poor in customer service,
whereas 15% of guests was felt very poor in customer services.
Many people are using a public transportation in their life, especially in working and travelling.
Because of that, a large sum of money was being spent by government to construct a new railway
lines for very fast trains between cities. One benefit for construction of new railway lines is creating
a job for the people, so the number of unemployed people can be decreased in a few years. It
happens because it can absorb approximately more than 100 people during three months, so the
number of unemployed people can decrease approximately 5-10% per years. In conclusion, all of the
Indonesian citizen must support this public policy because it can create a job creation for people.
