In order to execute on [Company Name]’s business model, the Company needs to perform
many functions including the following:
Managerial Functions
Kitchen Functions
Food preparation
Customer service
Because we will open 24/7, the personnel plan calls for a minimum of one cook and one assistant who
will greet customers, take orders, clean, and assist the chef each for the day shift and the night shift.
In the first year, assumptions are that there will only be four total workers in the food truck to execute
operations. As demand increases, we will purchase another food truck and hire two additional head
chefs and two assistants.
