Traditional meal in my country.

Middle Eastern cuisine is aromatic and famous world-wide. For


example, Kabsa is one of the most famous dishes in my country, and it is
eaten for lunch and dinner. It is especially delicious with hot sauce, garlic
sauce, and chili Sause. The ingredients of Kabsah vary from place to
another. The preparation of Kabsah is pretty straightforward. You need to
put the ghee or oil with the onions in a pot on the fire, and stir the onions,
then add the ginger and garlic. Then you'll need to add chicken pieces and
keep stirring until it changes color. After that start adding the kabsa spices
"cinnamon, tomatoes, carrots, laurel, and cardamom". After that pour the
water, then cover the pot and leave it on medium heat for about 45 minutes.
After the chicken is cooked, put it in the oven tray. Then add the rice to the
chicken broth and when it boils, reduce the heat and cover the pot for about
20 minutes until the rice is cooked. Finally, put the chicken in the oven and
fry it from all sides, then pour the rice into a serving dish and garnish it
with chicken pieces, raisins and almonds.
My favorite dish.

We all love to eat tasty and delicious foods. There are so many
varieties of foods available all over the world. My favorite food is
definitely pizza because it tastes and smells wonderful. It is a dish of Italian
origin. It has a flat pizza base which is tapped with tomatoes, cheese and
many other ingredients. It is baked in an oven. I often prepare pizza at
home. I prefer to eat pizza made at home because the pizza made at home
prepared in a very healthy way. Sometimes I order pizza from a restaurant
too. Some people say that pizza is not a healthy food but I feel that if it is
made at home then it is definitely healthy and nutritious. Pizza is a food
that anyone can enjoy with many options of crust and topping. It is also
very popular food all over the world because of its fabulous taste.
