Is the major works of classical literature and art, we can learn and study the most important
mythical stories and sagas from the classical world, as well as the dominant ancient and modern
trends in their interpretation. Because of Classical mythology students will develop a set of
critical skills in the historical, sociological, psychological, and anthropological analysis of
literature and art. And also it considered the classic ones it because is both the body of and the
study of myths from the ancient Greeks and Romans as they are used or transformed by
cultural reception and because their view of the christian and the greeks and roman mythology
are the same.

2) What is the role of classical mythology in the cultural background of Greeks and Romans?

The role of classical mythology in the cultural background of Greeks and Romans is explain
common human occurence and in god and goddesses personified human types, tendencies, and
activities of Greek culture influenced the Roman Empire and many other civilizations, and it
continues to influence modern cultures today, The Greeks and Romans are both very
polytheistic civilizations. They believe in a multitude of gods and creatures, and they have gods
for fertility, elements, war, medicine, and a multitude of others.
