1) Tell me about Yourself

- Hi, I am Aman Sinha. I am working as Senior Operations Manager with 8 years of
experience in managing various aspects of LPG business like Operations,
Terminalling, Supply Chain, Technical, Projects and Safety for a Dutch Multinational
named SHV Energy i.e. Supergas. I am also a gold medalist in Chemical
Engineering, NEBOSH IGC certified and recently completed my Lean Six sigma
certification and pursuing my MBA.

2) How was your day.

- Today was a good day as I visited our plant for a Surprise Audit. Thanks for asking
this.

3) Why do you want this job ?

- Your company’s reputation is the biggest attraction for me as it is a Joint
Venture between two energy giants. I also understand it is dealing in multiple
products and verticals and wants to increase its market share in the ever
growing energy sector in India. In addition to liquid and gaseous fuels there
are also plans to venture into solutions around EVs and mobility.

4) Where do you see yourself in 5 year.

- First of all I would be excited to be part of your organisation which can
different verticals and product range. Initially I would like to learn and adapt to
the role as well as utilising my past experience. Down the line I would
definitely like to take up more responsibilities and as India progresses in
energy basket we make the organisation function better, innovate and stay
relevant.
5) How much salary do you want?
- Based on my 8 years of experience and yours being a MNC I hope you will
be in the top payers as per the applicable market standards and keeping in
mind cost of living for Mumbai. However I think Work Culture, Opportunities,
Career growth as equally important to me.

which sort of a role.
