My academic goal is to obtain a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications (Multimedia) with a desire to have a
career in the television industry. My personal goal is to obtain an intern position during my collegiate years that will
allow me to use the verbal and oral communications skills as a Journalism and Mass Communications (Multimedia)
major.

2020 Responsibilities include:
• Showing properties and developing relationships with prospective tenants
• Working with current tenants to ensure property needs are addressed
• Interfacing with vendors for property maintenance and repairs
• Preparing and confirming lease agreements
• Record-keeping for rental payments by tenants
