Junk food

The term ‘junk food’ itself says a lot about this food. It indicates how it is harmful to our health.
Furthermore, junk foods are basically trash which harms our bodies in different ways. They have high levels
of cholesterol, sugar, calories and more. We see how nowadays, the younger generation is getting indulging
in more and more junk food. This is putting their lives in danger and giving them an unhealthy lifestyle.

Precise definitions vary by purpose and over time.

Fast food and fast food restaurants are often equated with junk food, although fast foods cannot be
categorically described as junk food.
Most junk food is highly processed food.
Concerns about the negative health effects resulting from a junk food-heavy diet, have resulted in public
health awareness campaigns, and restrictions on advertising and sale in several countries.
First junk food was a salty-sweet blend of popcorn, molasses and peanuts introduced by brothers
Frederick and Louis Rueckheim at the Chicago World's Fair in 1893.

1. When you combine burgers, fried food, sodas and shakes with your normal diet.
2. No digestive system, as in it triggers the digestive problems. 
3. It increases health problems.
4. It causes chronic disease.
5. It increases the respiratory system not to function properly.
6. It affects the reproductive system in the area of fertility.
7. It causes eating excessively which can easily lead to gluttony.

Advantages

 It's typically high in things like salt, sugar and fat. They trigger pleasure centers in our brain.
Food stimulates the reward system in the brain in the same way as addictive drugs, such as
cocaine. Making us feel oh-so-yummy-good and making us want to keep eating.
 It is quick and easy to make.
 It is available 24/7.
 It is cheap.

Disadvantages

 Junk food high in sodium can lead to increased headaches and migraine.
 Junk food high in carbs can trigger outbreaks of acne.
 Eating excessive amounts of junk food may increase your risk of depression.
 The carbs and sugar in fast foods can lead to dental cavities.
