METHOD OF PROCEDURE:

1. Purpose Activity

MKS Grapari site used to be the first 2.3GHz NR commercial site, and helps
Telkomsel's 5G NR commercialization announcement.
Since Telkomsel has the consideration about 2.1GHz NR for 2022, and Grapari
site could be the first DSS site in the network.

2. Site implementation 2.1GHz DSS

a. Add VBPd2 in site UPX170

- Backup database and alarm
- Add VBPd2 in slot 7
- Check active alarm
- Do test Call
- Check KPI
 b. Swap B8200 to V9200 site UPD012
- Finish V9200 installation
- Backup database and alarm B8200
- Create database V9200 and integration
- Check active alarm
- Do test call
- Check KPI

3. Down time and Impact site list

This activity is impact in the service UPX170 and UPD012

4. Rollback Plan

Rollback process will be done if the existing alarm and service is normal
- Delete VBPd2 slot 7 in site UPX170.
- Activate the database configuration of site UPD012 in B8200.
