Q1. The essay will comprise of three headings, concrete experience, reflective observation

and abstract conceptualization.

Concrete Experience :

I was the student of class ninth when our school announces the out door gaming and a new game

of FRISPY was introduced first time and soon after the announcement in morning pray our

teacher asked me to form a team while at that time I was Class Monitor and we had seen playing

frispy but most of our class never played before so first I faced the low enthusiasm in selection

and hardly I selected the eleven players after the selection it was very hard to make interest

because mostly we like to play cricket so I decided to sacrifice my self first and encourage our

class mates to participate with brave heart and next morning before pray at school all of our team

member gathered in ground and three of them knows frispy and played it several time before it

so they guide us how to grip and how to throw to achieve good projectile but in next two days

when our team got confidence by how know and by learn some basic tricks of this game they

actually like the game and we practiced it by making two team of 6 players and 5 players after

the school time.After one week our team is quite confident enough to face a match with matric

class team and we played a practice match with our seniors and no one could believe that they

beat us by 2-15 margin and our team was quarrels in the match by frustration because we have

practice 6 and 5 players so we couldn’t position the marking of other team and most of the time

our goal keeper plays in center and other team found easy to goal.

After the match we were done and dusted then I called all my team mates and discussed

the mistakes which we faced during the match we couldn’t pick the opposition men marking

because we are running every where during the match and goal keeper was assign to be at his
position because a long pass can change the abrupt positioning after that hectic day our team was

very focused on game plan and in morning we practiced according to men marking and making

sharp passes center and forward player was practicing against the wind projectile as well because

goal polls changes in center half and our plan to cope with this situation and after one week the

big day come when we have to play our first match with the same opponent from which we lost

the practice match by huge margin and they were quite relax because they were thinking the

same opponent as we were in practice match and in first half we played very well and standing at

3-3 and they couldn’t gain margin of wind flow in same direction then in 2nd half we planned not

to panic because we can easily distract by the over joy and in last 5 minutes we give are best and

finish the game on 7-6 standing that was the moment when we are astonishing and hugs one

another that was the moment of life when we win from no where a concrete experience of my

life.

Reflective Observation:

Looking back on this experience, I could feel that my classmates and I was gaining more and

more team spirit and cohesion as time went by.

Initially I was not sure but after the firm decision to participate in the game it was my prime aim

to unite team mates and the first lost help us to go hard on 2nd time and united the team as well

after that we go for the plan and apply different strategies for future and that strategies to practice

against the wind flow win the game for us because first half we were at equal point while goal

poll was against the wind what an effort truly remarkable.

Abstract Conceptualization:

Team mates were selected on immediate basis three of them were expert but all others were lack

in expertise but “Composition and Diversity. Getting the right mix of team members is a critical
component in assembling effective teams.” and best skills of three member come into play to

help the team on the right track to cope with lackness we use all mental toughness to excute the

plan on the right time and exploidite the other team weakness and Team cohesion could also be

applied in this experience. “Group cohesion is the degree to which members are motivated to

stay in the group.”Every one was eager to win no one would give up and ultimately this play an

important role on a big day to win against the batter team.
