 Open ERDAS IMAGINE.

 Add a file.
 Click on the Raster Menu then click on Unsupervised option.

 Click on Unsupervised Classification option and you found this dialogue box.

 Enter the name of the output cluster layer file, or click on the File Selector button.
The .img extension automatically adds. Give a name of output file and click OK.
 Unselect the Output Signature Set option

 Select Method & Enter the number of classes to be created.


 Click Color Scheme Options button to access options for setting the output color
scheme > Grayscale.
 Enter the number of maximum times that the ISODATA utility should recluster the
data.
 Specify the convergence threshold. The convergence threshold is the maximum
percentage of pixels whose cluster assignments can go unchanged between iterations.

 Then click OK. And this dialogue box is shown.


 When Processes done by 100% then click the Close option.

 Then Click on Home > Add views > Display Two Views
 Now click the Right button on mouse > Open Raster Layer

 Click the Recent option.


 And you found List of Recent File names dialogue box. Now Click Ok.

 Then click OK
 Now you found this dialogue box.

 Now click on Fill to Frame option

And your Unsupervised Classification is done.
