1. What is a Library?

A library is a collection of resources in a variety of formats that is organized by

information professionals or other experts who provide convenient physical, digital,
bibliographic, or intellectual access and offer targeted services and programs with the mission of
educating, informing, or entertaining a variety of audiences and the goal of stimulating individual
learning and advancing society as a whole.

2. What do you think if all schools have Libraries?

If all schools have libraries, students won’t have a hard time looking for
information they need. The library can provide access to the stories, information, and technology
they need. Schools should have libraries because they are fundamental to developing engaged
readers who have the capability and inclination to read and learn beyond their years at school.
