Feedback Form Narrative Report

The feedback form was provided to the participants only after the Webinar. It was
represented by a link and a QR code presented in the PowerPoint and also was sent at the chat
box of the Zoom Platform. One of the issues that the facilitators of the form have encountered is
that the numbers of respondents in the Webinar registration form doesn’t match the numbers of
respondents from the feedback form.
The Questions and its Analysis
1. Email – Instructions: Please use your Email account you have used upon
registering.
The participants were all able to provide an Email. However, they did not manage
to follow the instructions in providing the email for the feedback form. The facilitators
decided to ask the participants to provide the email they have given to the registration
form so that both of the email addresses provided are uniform.
2. Name (First name, Middle initials, and Last name)
The participants were all able to fill up this section correctly following the format asked
as this will appear on their E- certificate. However, there are still few participants who uses
all caps lock or all small letter with their response.

 Out of 634 participants, 91% (576) were students, 8% (54) were guest and 1% (4) were
professors or a faculty member from different universities who attended the webinar.

4. From whom have you heard about the Webinar

Majority of the attendees (360) heard about the webinar through the announcement on
their classes, others (345) from their classmates/ batchmates/ friend, and the rest were from email
invitations (243), professor/ faculty (233), and on social media platforms (181).

5. Webinar Experience

Majority of the responses gain a positive remark from the attendees. Using Zoom as an
effective platform has a weighted mean of 4.44 which interpreted as very satisfied. Attendees
also agree that the webinar went smoothly and well organized with the weighted mean of 4.47
which interpreted as very satisfied. The third statement has weighted mean of 4.43 interpreted as
very satisfied which means that the attendees are completely agree with this statement. When it
comes to the all throughout design of the Webinar, attendees gave a very satisfied remarks with
the weighted mean of 4.43. Moreover, most of the attendees were also very satisfied with the
performance of the hosts with the weighted mean of 4.46. Lastly, attendees appeared to be very
satisfied in their webinar experience as this gain a weighted mean of 4.47. Thus, the overall
weighted mean is 4.45, indicating that majority of the attendees are very satisfied with the
webinar conducted.

When it comes to the comments and suggestions part, attendees send a very warming
remarks such as; “Good Job!”, “Congratulations”, “Excellent”, “Thank you for very informative
webinar, well appreciated!”,” The content for the webinar was interesting and have made really
good points” and many more positive comments. On the other hand, there are also attendees who
gave suggestions for better webinar experience in the future such as; “Next time, do the webinar
during am sessions so that many can attend”, “The webinar is great but it would be much
appreciated if the speaker will be mindful of their pacing when talking. Thank you!”, “Please
choose another medium such as google meet since some of us are experiencing internet
difficulties”, and “I suggest to have a game in able to have a more interaction”.

6. Topic 1
Majority of the respondents gave a positive remark on Topic 1 "Nurses as Leaders:
Training and Enhancement of Student to Become Future Leaders and its Impact to Healthcare."
With an overall weighted mean of 4.52, which interpreted as very satisfied. The attendees were
all agreed that the subject matter was presented effectively with the use of PowerPoint and
interactive videos, with weighted mean of 4.49 which interpreted as very satisfied. The attendees
were pleased with the chosen topic that showed relevance to the current issue of the society, with
a weighted mean of 4.53 which interpreted as very satisfied. The third statement has a weighted
mean of 4.55 interpreted as very satisfied, which means that the attendees were all agreed to this
statement. Lastly, the attendees were contented with the deliverance of the information expected
to receive in the webinar with a weighted mean of 4.50 which interpreted as very satisfied.

7. Speaker 1
General of the attendees were all grateful and pleased about the speaker 1 Dra. Jenniffer
Torralba Paguio, with an overall weighted mean of 4.56 interpreted as very satisfied. The
attendees agreed that the speaker is well-prepared for the topic/webinar, with weighted mean of
4.59 interpreted as very satisfied. They also believed that the speaker delivered the topic in a
clear and well-organized manner, with a weighted mean of 4.56 interpreted as very satisfied. The
attendees were glad that the speaker showed an interest and concern for the attendees, with
weighted mean of 4.57 interpreted as very satisfied. The speaker left the attendees without
misunderstanding making them delightful for the speaker, with weighted mean of 4.49

As for the comments/suggestions, the attendees gave positive feedback about the speaker and the
topic. The most common comments are "Thank you! I learned a lot.", "She is a great/good
speaker", "The topic is very well explained", "Very informative", "Very inspiring and
motivating", "She delivered information/topic clear and understandable", "Great job!", and
"Congratulations!" and many more positive and heartwarming comments or feedbacks. On the
other hand, there is few attendees who put down suggestions not on the speaker but as the
webinar as a whole. We think that he/she put it in wrong comment/suggestion section. But all in
all, the comments/suggestions about the topic and speaker are all positive, good, and useful to the
speaker for her next webinar experience.

8. Topic 2
The first and second statement both have a weighted mean of 4.51 which interpreted as
very satisfied, this means that the attendees agree that the subject matter was effectively
presented and also the topic that was tackled shows relevance to the current situation. Most of
the attendees agree that the knowledge they gain are applicable to their future career as a nurse as
this gain a weighted mean of 4.52 which interpreted as very satisfied. The attendees also believe
that the webinar delivered the information they expected to receive, with the weighted mean of
4.49 interpreted as very satisfied. In conclusion, the participants who joined in the webinar were
very satisfied with the second topic, as a result, the overall weighted mean is 4.51, indicating a
high level of satisfaction.

The attendees were all agree that the speaker is well prepared in their topic, as this
gained a weighted mean of 4.56 with the verbal interpretation of very satisfied. The attendees are
also very satisfied with how the speaker deliver the topic, as this gained a high weighted mean of
4.52. With regards on how the speaker appear to the audience, the speaker earned a weighted
means of 4.53, 4.49, 4.55, 4.54 and 4.50, which all interpreted as very satisfied. And to sum up
the results, the participants who joined in the webinar were very satisfied with the second
speaker, as a result, the overall weighted mean is 4.54, indicating a high level of satisfaction.

 And with regards to the comments and suggestions, the second speaker gained positive
impact to the attendees, some comments leave a very heartwarming message such as; “Thank
you for inspiring nursing students”, “Hi sir, the topic is very interesting thank you for the
knowledge!”, “Thank you so much po! Very informative and inspiring po”, “The speaker is
confident and he did not show any nervousness, he was excellent in imparting his knowledge and
I believe that all of us gained knowledge from him”, “I hope Dr. Añonuevo will also be the
speaker next time. I'm very pursued by his last remarks, saying you're on the right path" and
many more. Lastly, there was suggestion that one of participants left for the speaker which says
“Well I think the presentation would be better if he included some advices and tips to have an
effective learning strategy even though we are using teddy bears to practice nursing skills”.
