"No health without ental health"
The term "mental health" usually refers to one's emotional,
psychological, and social well-being. In most circumstances,
people's mental health influences how they think, feel, and act.
Unfortunately, mental illness has a negative impact on the sick
and their immediate family members, which is why the month of
May has been designated as Mental Health Month. Mental health
is important at every stage of life, from childhood through
adolescent to adulthood. As a result of these issues, the National
Institute of Mental Health's motto is "No health without mental
health" (Cratsley and Mackey, 2018).

The poster I made above is what I want to show everyone; it

portrays a person suffering from a mental illness, with a painting
that has spread all over the background, representing the chaotic
surroundings. But I use paint to convey to everyone that no
matter how much of a mess we are in, it is still matter, it is still an
art that we created out of our minds, and the only thing we need
to do about it is to unleash them rather than keeping them inside.
The poster shows a watering can releasing a flower onto a
person's head, implying that even though we are in the midst of a
mental breakdown, we should practice self-care. Self-care can be
done at any time; it is not selfish; it is self-preservation. This
poster emphasizes the need of self-care throughout mental illness
since it allows a person to save himself/herself from the dark
world. Self-care is an investment, not an expense, it is a necessity,
not a luxury.
"As an individual, we gotta nourish to flourish."
