• Codeks Mobility enables recording of the same T&A events, available in Codeks, with Android or iOS based
mobile devices
• Functionality of Codeks Mobility depends from purchased Codeks expansion modules, installed on a
company's server
• Online (within company's Wi-fi) or offline recording of the events (events, recorded in offline mode, are
synchronized with Codeks after return of the employee to the company and log-in of his mobile device in

• The Codeks Hotel is an add-on for the Codeks software.

• It is designed for small or medium sized hotels.
• The Codeks Hotel contains tools for managing hotel reservations as well as tools for controlling access to
individual hotel rooms and other hotel facilities.
• The Codeks Hotel add-on builds upon the resources and structures from the main Codeks application. It uses
the Locations, Hardware, Timetables and Groups structures of the main Codeks application and new tools
which enable the management of hotel reservations and guests as well as access control to hotel rooms.
• Hotel rooms which are displayed in the Codeks Hotel application are defined in the Hardware editor of the
main Codeks application and are a combination of Locations with connected Hardware devices (readers).
• The hotel setting of a Room location defines that a certain room is, in fact, a hotel room, and the hardware
device connected to such a location enables guests to enter their rooms.
• Access rights which are assigned to guests at check-in, and which enable them to enter their hotel room and
any other public hotel areas, are set up using Timetables and Groups in the main Codeks application.
• The Hotel rooms and Access rights are then linked together so that when a guest is checked-in with the
Codeks Hotel application all these settings are simply put in effect.

NEO Key Management System

• Designed for government institutions, storage facilities, office and apartment buildings, car pools, hotels
Access control program Codeks AC V10 / TA V10 is required for programing, events recording and
creation of the reports, ...
• NEO is designed modularly, therefore it can be adapted to the different needs of customers, both in
terms of size and functionality. It can be used as a completely separate key issuing system, but can be
integrated into an access or time control system.
• Although NEO is usually located in secure spaces, it is sometimes important for users to disable physical
access to the keys, so NEO is also available with or without metal doors.
• NEO provides storage and control for 10 to 60 keys, in the case of bigger number of keys, several NEO
units can be integrated one system.
• The basic building block of the key issuing system (located under the key box) is the NEO M main unit
with a built-in 40 W power supply and an emergency battery compartment. At the front of the main unit
a personal identification reader is located - this can be a reader, a keypad with an integrated reader or a
controller with a touch screen and an integrated reader.
• NEO M supplies power to lockers with metal door locks available in 3 sizes: up to 20 keys (NEO K-20-B),
up to 40 keys (NEO K-40-B) or up to 60 keys (NEO K-60-B). An appropriate number of NEO K-10-B
panels with 10 key pendants with contactless pendants are installed in the key cabinets, with the help of
which the system recognizes the key and the key box in which the pendant must be inserted. Each NEO
K-10-B unit has 10 pendant places, each NEO cabinet can accommodate up to 2/4/6 units with
pendants.
• The keys are attached to the pendants with steel wire loops.
• The keys are picked up by the presenting of his personal identification card to the reader on the power
supply of the system (NEO M), a metal door, that prevents direct access to the keys, unlocks. The user
opens the cabinet door, green LEDs at those key inserts, user is allowed to take, are lit. The user can
pull out one or more pendants with the keys attached, and closes the door after taking the keys.
OQ OrtH Entry control for home and office
• When the user wants to return the key, he first approaches his personal card or enters his personal code
to the reader on the main unit of the NEO. The front door unlocks, at the insert of the pendant of the
key, user wants to return, a green LED is lit and user can insert the pendant with the key attached. The
user repeats the process for all the keys he wants to return.
• Of course, NEO also has security features that make it difficult or prevent abuse (anti-tamper switches,
IP camera integration, backup power, etc.). In critical situations it allows the release of all keys in a
controlled manner.
• All acquisitions and returns of the keys are recorded in the Codeks program, which controls the
operation of the NEO system, while also providing reports, printouts, etc.
• The program also records any unauthorized attempt to pick up the key, which NEO also signals by
flashing a red LED near the key insert that someone tried to pick up.
