Title:

“Real time Object detection for blind peoples using machine learning”.

Target:
Design an application that uses Mobile camera to detect real time objects for blind peoples and
inform through voice feedback to move left, right or straight.

Secondary target:
• Detect real time objects.
• Classify objects into any of the defined classes.
• Produces voice feedbacks output.

Rationale:
Blindness or vision Impairment is one of the top ten disabilities among men and women. There
are 43 Million people living with blindness and their biggest problem is to navigate around
places.
The purpose of this project is to Create a Mobile App That detect Object using mobile camera
and Guide the blind person trough voice feedbacks to travel from one place to another safely.

Financial:
High processing application, Detect Real time objects including voice with high accuracy.

Status:
Our group currently purposing the system and studying related research papers.
