Game Setup
a. DISCLAIMER
i. If you have any bugs related to these mods, I recommend reading the
posts sections on each mod page or discuss it in the CD-Projekt-Red
section of my Discord server. I’ll read it every day. I am not responsible
for corrupted saves, please back up your saves before modding.
ii. CDPR has yet to release modding tools, so everything is done unofficially.

ii. Enable “Slow HDD Mode” if you have more than 6GBs of VRAM.
1. This setting loads more streaming assets into RAM. Even if you
have a fast SSD, having a GPU with high VRAM would still increase
stability and perf.

i. Allows you to edit your character appearance at any time in the game,
using an external tool that edits your saves directly. Huge functionality.

1. You will be required to set a key to pull up the console that this
addon enables. For Source Engine fans, I recommend using the `
key.
2. AMD CPU users should enable the “AMD fix” in the settings menu

1. This is the DLSS 2.2 dll that was silently introduced into a recent
Rainbow 6 Seige patch. Replacing the DLL for any DLSS 2.1
enabled game will improve overall perf while also almost entirely
removing the ghosting effect from previous versions.
