Intensity

Time

Type

part of sport that improving.

Specificity

individual is training in order to produce the desired effect. ... Essentially, specificity training
means that you must perform the skill in order to get better at it.

Reversibility, use, and disuse

The reversibility principle is a concept that states when you stop

working out, you lose the effects of training. It is sometimes
referred to as the ‘’use it or lose it’’ principle. ... Moreover, on
the plus side, it states that when you resume working out, you
begin to make gains again.Sep 13

Variety

Variety refers to the number of different exercises you perform for a specific exercise
type -- for example, the number of different cardiovascular exercises you do or the
number of different strength-training exercises you do.
Individual differences

The Principle of Individual Differences is a principle that states that, because everyone is
unique, each person experiences a different response to an exercise program. Some of these
differences may be related to body size and shape, genetics, past experience, chronic
conditions, injuries and gender.
