Good morning ma’am and sir, I am Ashley Mae Arcilla from Office
Administration together with my groupmates (ALPHABETICALLY). Before we
start our proposal defense I would like to call on Jessica Apilado to lead the opening
prayer.
SITUATION ANALYSIS
During the first phase of the pandemic, quarantined in our own home with a
limited supply of foods and necessities we can barely go out as the percentage of
COVID-19 victims spike up in number.
Before the COVID-19 outbreak, Food Panda was already in the Philippines. It
has been operating since 2014, serving Filipinos with their quality service and better
customer service as the demand for delivery service surged after the lockdown.
Marketers, this will help them interpret the perceptions of the customers about
their products, it will allow them to give the options to improve more and give their
best-performing factors to satisfy consumers.
To those future researchers that may have the same or related study, it will help
them to know that there is existing local research about e-commerce and will allow
them to have a better understanding of customer
For Students and Education, it will give them much comprehensive knowledge
on how do the perceptions and satisfaction of the consumer affects the overall
achievement of the industry
RESEARCH DESIGN
This study will use a quantitative-descriptive research design which allows the
researchers to gain information in a systematic process with the use of numerical data
that involves the collection of data to answer the questions of the study
This study is a cross-sectional survey which means that data will be gathered
and conducted at one specific point in time. With the use of this method, the
researchers can acquire the overall characteristics and frequency of the targeted data
point, at any given time, within the population group that is being studied
MAIN PROBLEM
Their service quality, is the information that the service provider presented
accurate?
Did the consumers product was receive on time or the order was receive correctly? Is
there a satisfaction on the consumers based on the delivery of their products that they
ordered or purchased?
