on instructions, learned counsel appearing for the

respondent, Mr. Aditya Parolia, states that the

respondent has now been advised to remain with the group

of cases pending in this Court bearing Diary No. 27035 of

2019 and connected cases. Further, the respondent is

willing to abide by the dispensation provided in those

cases.
