(e-Portfolio)
Psychometrics 1
Outline

**This serves as the outline of the paper you are supposed to complete as a group.

0. Front Matters
*Title Page (with members’ names)
*Table of Contents

I. Introduction
*Rationale for the instrument (Include a backgrounder, why the instrument is being
proposed, significance, description of potential users)
*Scale Description (What does the instrument measure?)
*Definition of the Main Scale
*Subscale Definitions

(Some useful guides)

Make sure you that in describing the main scale and the subscales, have a clear
explanation of what high scores and low scores mean.
**Example 1: “High scores in this scale suggests a general tendency to seek
online therapies despite the limitations posed by Covid-19 restrictions, and low
scores indicate that respondents do not see tele-psychotherapies as effective, or
as effective as face-to-face engagements.” (for the Main Scale)

**Example 2: “High scores in the behavioral subscale indicate that respondents

are either willing or will actually seek the services of a therapist online,
whereas low scores would suggest that respondents would not seek such
services, or will opt to wait for the pandemic to be fully controlled before they
seek professional help.” (for a subscale)
