Hospitality industry based “Fun time” is a major foodservice restaurants chain present in the
under developing country. Hospitality industry in this country has many fun time restaurants in
different cities. Fun time claims to provide job opportunities to the people of under developed
country. Being a large food service chain it has more than 6000 hospitality services staff like
members, waiters, chefs and others. Moreover, there are many issues that has been identified in
Fun time restaurants from internal sources.
Firstly, unfair means of recruitment system in the Fun time. They hire staff with recruitment fees
with low wages. Operation in Developing country in unemployment and poverty situation, they
exploit workers with additional working hours without any extra pay. Sometimes, they take work
from children against a meal in underdeveloped areas.
Secondly, Fun time restaurant chains mostly provide fast food, unhygienic or oily food. The food
has major issues on health if consumed regularly. However, Fun time food is the choice of
customers in that area.
Finally, Fun time just pretend to do corporate social service activities. They just post pictures of
social services in rural areas for meal and pretend to have responsible organization in a country.
Mainly, Fun time is not even practicing eco-friendly practices. Product packing issues e g
disposable packaging is cost effective but harmful for environment and severe degradation is a
danger faced by a country.
In conclusion, Fun time restaurant service exploit the people because of a under developing
country and due to unemployment, poverty and pandemic situation.

the employees would be satisfied. They should be given proper wages no any employee should be
under waged. The most important problem which is child labor they shouldn’t let children work in
the restaurant they should teach them and should invest in their future. They should improve their
hygiene at the restaurant and should improve the quality of food so more customers would be
satisfied and the more customers would be attracted if they improve the issues in their restaurant.
