Introduction
A food business is important for providing
people’s needs, but it also has challenges and
concerns that go unnoticed by many businesses.
To meet the requirements of an ever-increasing
population, the food industry must work hard.
Restaurants, quick food restaurants, cafeterias,
food carts, and other food retailers are examples.
Filipinos are fan of foods and one of these is crispy pata, which
gave an idea of creating Filipino cuisine restaurant that offers any
food that most people love to eat. So when it comes to the top
full-scale family restaurant in Batangas City, only one name
comes to mind when it comes to a truly enjoyable dining
experience: the F. Restaurant Baylosis Batangas is known for
having the greatest crispy pata and chicken in the Philippines.
They launched a crispy pata delivery service from their garage in
Arce neighborhood (Hilltop, Kumintang Ibaba) around the year
2000.
Eventually, word-of-mouth from their devoted delighted consumers
helped Tricia Baylosis of F. Baylosis established a household brand for
excellent family meals. Tricia Baylosis was known for being part of
junior master chef. After that reality show she continue to be known by
creating original recipes for their own restaurant. In 2010, they
transferred to their new cozy home at G.C. Berberabe Subdivision in
Pallocan West. Since then, they gained rapid growth, getting more and
more famous year after year. In Oct. 2013, they opened their Lipa City
branch in Sabang, Lipa City. And September this year, they opened their
Bauan branch in Brgy. Balayong, Bauan.
For some reason this restaurant has established
itself over time gaining popularity and prestige
among Batanguenyos and over its competitors.

Magic Cane
Groups must create two lines on each side with the use of helium stick and then face each
other. Their index finger must be keep in contact with the stick. It is a simple activity to see
how teams communicate and solve problems together and how communication is important
especially when you want to feel happiness.
Objective: How teams communicate and solve problems together and how communication is
important.
Materials: 1 thin light weight bamboo cane
Procedure:
1. Split the group into two and line them up in two rows facing each other.
2. Introduce the cane to the group.
3. Ask participants to hold their arms out in front of them and point their index
fingers.
4. Lay the cane down their fingers. Get the group to adjust their finger heights
until the cane is horizontal and everyone’s index fingers are in contact with the stick.
5. Explain that the challenge is to lower the cane to the ground.
6. If anyone’s finger is caught not touching the cane, the challenge will be
restarted.
Steal the Bacon
This is an action oriented game good for medium or large size groups.
Similar to football, two teams will try to get the “bacon” from the other side
of the field to the end zone. Even though they are playing as a team they
need to do it one by one and this can help an individual trust themselves.
This game will surely be fun.
1. Split everyone into two equal teams. Arrange the teams into two
parallel lines facing each other. Place the object in the middle, between the
two teams.
2. Ask everyone to remember their numbers. Go down one line and
assign each person a number. Each person should have the same number
with the person on the opposing team.
3. The object of the game is to be the first person to grab the object if
your number is called and bring it back to your team’s line untagged. As
soon as you touch the object, the other person has the opportunity to tag
you. If the other person tags you, then no one gets the point.
4. Begin the game by calling a random number. If the person brings the
object back to their side untouched, the person gets a point for their team.
