7. How do you describe yourself as a person and an entrepreneur? This question may
help you identify traits of entrepreneurs- Aspiration and desire are two attributes
that are required for many careers to succeed and thrive. When a company employs
an eager individual, they can be confident that this new employee will constantly
explore methods to develop themselves and keep their sights fixed on their first
objective.
Some humans are generally talkative and gregarious, and they soon realize ways to feel
at ease in gatherings of people. This skill is extremely useful for people who work in
customer service and sales, This ability comes in handy when I'm implementing a project
with a prospective client. My clients' customer satisfaction scores were 15% higher than
the business average at my prior position." I am a performance person who is
continuously monitoring with the objective to see how near we are to achieving it and
what it will need to get there. This commitment is exciting to me, and it serves as a
tremendous incentive for my teammates. In fact, I was able to assist my staff in
reducing our average sales cycle by six days since last year. An organised applicant is a
specifics applicant who can be trusted to stay on schedule by an organization. This is
particularly necessary for administration professions, program management, and other
roles where procedure and accuracy are required.

8. Why is entrepreneurship important for you? - Entrepreneurship is significant since it

can improve the standard of living and make income for both innovators and
connected enterprises. Entrepreneurs often contribute to progress via invention,
which allows for the creation of emerging businesses through the production of new
products and services. Entrepreneurship is the result of a person's effort and
determination to that purpose. Innovation is important since it aims to improve the
future. It's really about progress, after all. Your abilities, your firm, your nation, and
ultimately the global financial system will all benefit from such efforts.
Greater job prospects for all, more security for all, greater healthcare for everyone, and more
contentment for all are all logical outcomes of this expansion. As a result, business improves
the planet (and possibly interplanetary) with all of its inhabitants (not only people).
There are several reasons why I believe entrepreneurship is important.
 I enjoy creating plans and putting them into action. I have a few concepts that I'm
playing around with in my thoughts, but there are too many intricacies to let
something go.
 It's a thrilling experience. It still does not seem to work. - A chance to become
financially independent.
9. How did you start your entrepreneurial journey? What is the main reason to start
your organization? - Being born and brought up in a small city, there are not a lot
of facilities and not a wide scope of the hospitality industry, not everyone in the
town knew the luxurious experience of being exposed to a good hotel that provides
various exquisite services. I wanted to build something for the town, for the people
of this town, for the growth of this town. To expose people to a beautiful, luxurious
and affordable experience.
This motivation set me to start a new entrepreneurial journey.

10. How did you conceive your initial ideas? How did you build upon your initial ideas? -
The city which we reside in, Katni is a Home to Industries such as Food Industries,
Plastic industries etc but when it comes to hospitality facilities the town lacks a bit in
providing it, As mentioned it was an industrial hub there are a lot of meetings,
conferences occasionally taking place, a lot of people coming down for business
meetings, staying for work, and also had various complaints about the absence of a
good place to reside, the initial idea was to do something for the city, which was
later built upon by the thoughts which are mentioned above.

11. What value do you think your organization and you contribute to various
stakeholders, such as employees and customers? - As it is a small town the living
standards are expected to be not so high, so by bringing this project into life, it
improved the living standards in a lot of various ways, as it was a big project it
increased the economy of the city and attracted a lot of people from different cities.
One more change which was bought since the hotel started, was that as it had its
own club community people had become more active and indulgent in club activities
such as gym, swimming badminton, squash etc and were also focusing on their
health and mind.

12. How various stakeholders, for example, customers, partners etc contributed to
growth of your organization - Customers have played a major role in the growth and
contribution of the organisation, they played a major role in the marketing of the
industry, By getting such excellent services in the hospitality services and improving
their living standards and fitness etc there was great networking done among the
people in the city and out of the city.

13. Are u a problem solver, what advice would u give to solve problems - Authenticate
the Issue: I can't stress enough how; I've seen a majority of individuals put in a lot
of effort to solve issues before even confirming the issue. I don't trust my client,
customer, or, inside this situation,  therefore I'll certify the situation on my end.
-Determine the Cause of the Issue: Many individuals try to leap to the answer section of
the issue, which is incorrect; if you continue to do so, you will just discover a partial fix,
however, if you determine the cause and cure it, the issue will be solved out of its roots.
-Solution to the Issue: Here is the bit you've eagerly hoped for; if we followed the
previous two steps correctly, this should be a piece of cake. I try to come up with many
assumptions about what might be the solution and then test them individually.

14. What is your advice to nascent entrepreneurial like me? - Learn the benefits and
drawbacks of performing 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and striving hard than
anybody else in the company, in your sector, or in your area. For the first five years
of your business, you should never take a vacation or day off. People continue to
assume you'll be "your own boss." Don't be fooled by this statement. You will not be
able to call yourself "your own boss." You're going to become "anyone else's
employee." In a company, there is just one boss; here, you must please everybody,
especially during your early years.
 Engage in any expo, meeting, or function where all the other attendees, rivals, or
decision-makers will be present. Encounter, engage, connect, converse, and interact
socially. Understand what others are doing and how you may make your stance clear.
Gain knowledge about their brands and how you can improve your offerings.

 Be mentally ready to risk all you put into this venture, regardless of how much work,
energy, or wealth you invest into it. As a result, be ready to become another cash burn
sufferer.  If that occurs, make sure you have a strategy in place to reimburse all of the
individuals to whom you will owe money following the tragedy.
The term "entrepreneur" has a great ring to it. It's like dealing with a Poisonous Snake. Good
night, as soon as you take your gaze away from it.

15. How was the industry functioning during the COVID-19 Pandemic ? – During
COVID-19 the hospitality industry paid a massive loss as the entire industry was shut
for 2 complete years, due to the unforeseen circumstances and the challenges which
everyone had to face during the virus outbreak. The hotel had to face a lot of serious
problems such the staff accommodations, the salary, the inventory etc. But after a
few months, the government had allowed the industries with essential commodities to
function, hence being in the food industry they needed the packaging required as
well, after this restriction was lifted up the condition had become better for us.
