Ans: there are several problems at pak sweets but the major are conflicts that are caused in the
organization due to different ethnicities living at one place further company is going into losses
because workers are not completing their work on time and also theft takes place because
workers want to let down other workers and lastly there is no peace and harmony due to the
conflicts which is also affecting the new comers in organization.

Ans: the CEO can solve the issue by communicating with the workers individually and to know
their view so that he can have a better view of thinking of individuals and also there is lack of
policies in the organization so there should be strict policies in the organization to avoid such
type of conflicts and the manager of operations is not effective enough in handling the current
situation so a new manager should be hired who know how to handle the diversity in work.
Lastly counseling should be done for the workers to make them understand better and resolve the
issues.

Pros:

 It can be known by communicating with the workers to know the real cause of problems
 Due to the strict policies, workers would be more careful before doing anything wrong
 By hiring new manager that is experience, management could become better

 Conflict may increase more due to the actions taken

 More turnover due to conflicts
