We take an individualized approach to discovering the root of your fertility problem, which is
unique to you. Using a variety of advanced imaging techniques and other assessment methods,
our specialists can locate the root cause(s) of your issues. And we mean that literally — our
fertility doctors will be the only people performing your ultrasound and X-ray exams, never a

Here are three specific and important practices we follow that help define us as an organization:
1. We don’t skip straight to in vitro fertilization (IVF). About 70% of people who come to
Kofinas Fertility Group before going elsewhere are able to get pregnant without IVF. Because
IVF can be pricey, avoiding it means you can potentially save a lot of money while seeing
better results.
2. We can perform surgery if it will benefit your fertility. Despite what you may have heard,
surgery is a common necessity for improving fertility. Conditions such as endometriosis,
fibroids and a uterine septum can be detrimental to a woman’s fertility, and all require
surgery to solve.
3. We offer state-of-the-art fertility technology and techniques. If we discover that a new
technology will help give you a successful pregnancy, then we will make sure that we have
it available.
