This order is locked on MAPICS I urgently need to process the pick list and can't whilst it is locked to
Mark Gregory's screen he is away on business. Please can this be unlocked as a matter of extreme
urgency.

Solution :-

In COM – 1 -8 ( Maintain Orders and Quotes )

In COM – 1 – 9 ( Review/Maintain Held Orders file name: mbckres1 in MFLIB)

1. upddta on mbc6res1 in amflib and clear the c6jnrx (AS/400 job number) field  4:50 PM
2. Remove the record for MGREGORY in the job status maintenance

How to remove the record :-

In CAS – 3 -1 user id put 4 and delete it.

Then note down the file name .

UPDDTA yaarrelp here DRESSER & Transaction id number shift tab twice and then enter it here
change value 1 into 0 then enter it save it…

Tehn CAS option 3 & 1 then user id – abend state delete it… then inform to user to check it..

Issue that occurred a number of weeks back... Sales order CO137718 item 45 has different serial nos
but when printed details the same serial no.

Resolution :

Chandra. Can you just update the field in MOMAST for now using UPDDTA. Sorry, but you’ll need to
raise a change request for yourself as evidence you’ve done it.
