“PINAS FORWARD REACTION PAPER”

The PINAS FORWARD online seminar was conducted on May 16, 2021 at around 8 am
to 12 am in the morning. When I entered the zoom meeting, I was amaze by the host and
presenters because they are on time and seem very ready for the seminar. It starts with an
introduction and the national anthem and followed by the presenting of the topics. They also
presented video wherein it showcases what it’s like to be part of Pinas forward and their
activities.

Another thing that I can commend is the speakers, which is very well spoken and give a
lot of meaningful ideas and insights of about their certain topics. One speaker talks about
leadership, the traits of being a leader and what it’s like to be one. Other than that, Mr. Errol
topic was one of my most favorite and interesting topic among all of the speakers. He tackles
about a very timely topic which is fake news/spreading of fake news. I do think it a crucial and
timely topic to discuss especially in today’s generation where people are most like to have social
media which is the source of fake news. I do appreciate how he discusses it clearly and
comprehensively.

On the top of that, the flow of the seminar was nice and no hassle at all. From the
beginning of program to the presenter and to the question and answer portion. I appreciated the
efforts of the speakers to answer the queries of the students and how they are able to share their
thoughts and opinion in that certain question. Overall, the seminar was great, I have learned a lot
and gained insights to the topics.
