MAIN DESIGN FEATURES:

1. The orientation of all the rooms are organized to follow basic vastu principals.
2. Main entry to the house provided to the east.
3. Huge front garden is provided on the north side facing the road
4. All the living areas in GF nad FF are located towards North side facing the garden
in front.
5. Paved seat-out areas and Balcony is also provided facing the garden and raod
6. Central courtyard is designed to provide natural light and ventilation in all floors
and also to provides visual connectivity between the floors.
7. On west side of Courtyard, Lift and store is located in a way to provide privacy to
passages in which all bedroom doors open on GF nad FF
8. Instead of providing sky light from the top courtyard windows are provided on the
sides to bring in light and ventilation.
9. All bedrooms are located on the South-west, West and North-west side as per
vastu and also to take the benefit of natural wind direction.
10. Pergola are added in FF balcony to reduce harsh sun effect.
